With over 35 years of experience in finance, insurance, and technology, Paul is a visionary leader and a serial entrepreneur who has founded and led several successful companies across diverse sectors. He has hired and built the teams of companies he has founded. He is currently the CEO of CBC Underwriters Inc.; and Lendovative Technologies Inc., two innovative companies that insure and empower financial institutions and companies to meet the needs of their clients and markets.
Paul's core competencies include establishing and managing MGA insurance operations, insurance underwriting, new business development, customer relationship management, technology development, social networking, and regulatory compliance. He has a proven track record of creating and managing both Lloyds of London and domestic insurance company programs as an underwriter and broker, developing web-based payment processing and check scanning software as a technology pioneer, and hiring and managing teams designing high-end websites and eCommerce platforms as a digital agency owner. He is passionate about finding and solving problems, creating value, and building lasting relationships in the fintech and insurance industry.
Paul is thankful for his wife Paula and son Tyler and daughter Megan and their many accomplishments. He is also proud of son-in-law Steve and grand daughter Charissa. His close family many close friends and Christian faith is what he is most thankful for.
